I was interrupted by a past customer while I being helped. She had an issue with the guy trying to help me. He was terrible to her, while I sat waiting to pay. After 5 minutes and no resolution for her, he turned to finish our transaction. He was negative, rude, and abrasive. I felt like I had to prove to him I deserved to send these documents. The woman next to him tried stepping in to help me, but at that point I just wanted to be as far away from that man as I could get. It has nothing to do with the cost of services, I’ll gladly pay the price of convenience. As a company, we are canceling our FedEx account and we won’t utilize your services ever again. All it takes is one wrong experience. I wonder how many others like me have just quietly quit coming there due to this employees client service skills. The woman who tried to help me at the end was wonderful. But I had already decided to take my business elsewhere. For good.
