I have never had such great service at a post office before. I believe his name was Raphael - sorry if not correct as I was totally stunned by how cool and great this guy was - gave me advice on some shipping materials as I was shipping home some vacation souvenirs (cheaper than checking a bag on the airline) and just left me speechless. Well done sir, well done.

She definitely had time to be in her phone and threatened me with arrest if I did my job. Post master please contact me. I have never been treated with such disrespect.
