I usually have a good experience whether I come to this one or other offices in the county. The older lady with the piercings was incredibly rude, looked at my package and scoffed asking if that was what I was shipping in. I won’t be back, it’s not part of the job to judge what I am shipping in when it met the standards every other time.

Last week I had an issue. It was resolved, but there was a problem I encountered in solving the main issue. The first issue [which is not a huge deal] was that a package was marked delivered, but I hadn’t received it. I filled out an inquiry form and got a message from the post office saying that there should’ve been a key left in my mailbox for me to get the package. There wasn’t, so I went to the to the post office to ask about it. This happened over the Fourth of July weekend and between the holiday and my schedule, it carried over to Monday and we resolved this the following day, which is totally fine. I did eventually receive the key to the parcel locker, but there were also three other packages marked delivered but were never received. The key was never left for those three packages from before, so I had to keep reporting them missing and reordering over the span of about three weeks. That was a headache, and I thought it was strange how the same parcel key had been missing but my packages were also missing as well. Fortunately, this was solved when we came to a solution for the first issue. I do appreciate the work that our mail carriers do [aka saving me from having to go to the store. Lol] but I do hope we give a little more attention to detail to avoid this same mishap in the future

Who writes review about the post office? I'm moved to due to the service I received here. I'm stunned and at a loss for words by the friendliness of the staff here. I have never had such great service at a post office before. I believe his name was Raphael - sorry if not correct as I was totally stunned by how cool and great this guy was - gave me advice on some shipping materials as I was shipping home some vacation souvenirs (cheaper than checking a bag on the airline) and just left me speechless. Well done sir, well done.

Postal clerk “Kim” prevented me from accessing my clients mailbox because she was still sorting Mail for a 100plus community box. She definitely had time to be in her phone and threatened me with arrest if I did my job. Post master please contact me. I have never been treated with such disrespect.
