You would think that after all of these honest and low score reviews that the manager of this facility would have made some changes. I am a loan signing agent and I ship my clients packages off on a regular basis. I went in ship a package and I encountered a very nice young man. I asked him could I have a few more envelopes as I would be doing more closings. The manager told me that I would need to call my company and ask them for an envelope. This is the nice gentleman had already handed me the envelopes. I told him that he could have them back. I don’t know what is going on but UPS stores were never like this. No pleasantries or good customer service. Charging inflated prices and even charging for a piece of tape to put on a package. I would not recommend anyone to this location.

What makes it worse is that no one informed customers ahead of time, so I stood around waiting for nothing. My time is valuable, and this level of disorganization is unacceptable. If your equipment is down, let people know before they waste their time. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service
