  Wow! Nandi (I think that’s her name) was ridiculous with me today. I walked in stating “I hope you can help me” I have two things I need to return. She looked at me blankly and motioned with her hand to put it on the scale. I repeated myself that I had two things so I put one down (an opened package with child ballerina shoes) I then pulled up the code to the other return and she scanned that quickly before asking me “which one is this one for?”. I answered and handed her the box it was for. She then asked me a few questions about my account then again blankly asked me what are we doing this as she pointed to the package on the scale. It was my turn to blankly look at her because I had already said I needed to return it. She then asked me what am I shipping it in and I said whatever I need to buy to ship it in. Clearly assuming that the ripped up bag in front of her was not sufficient enough to mail and therefore I had to make a purchase. She apparently thought I was stupid because she looked at me again with this blank stare and told me it was up to me what I wanted to ship it in. Instead of her explaining things to someone who clearly hasn’t done this before, lol I had to ask would it be OK to ship in this broken package and then she shrugged her shoulders and said if that’s what you want. I went ahead and agreed because why not save some money. Before she started to package up the bag I held the paper in my hand that I had printed out for the return to show her so that she can look at it and take whatever information she needed from it for this return however she didn’t even look at it nor grab it. She just said I don’t know what you need to do with that so I didn’t know either, and I placed it in the package that she then started to wrap up with tape. she then proceeded to ask me what address is this going to ! by this point I couldn’t take it anymore. I told her to forget it and that she is extremely unhelpful. She didn’t even apologize just said that it wasn’t her job to give me any direction.Wow!!
