- MZManuel ZuritaSep 25, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. I brought in a box containing only clothes. The box originally had a battery sticker, but I removed the sticker before bringing it to the counter. The employee still refused to accept the package and said it was because she was on camera. If there was a legitimate FedEx policy preventing her from accepting the package, I would have understood, but the explanation I received was unclear and unhelpful. I hope management reviews what happened and provides better guidance to customers.
- HMH MMar 4, 20261.0Not open when it states they are. Shut down this location please
- SSSean SharrowNov 3, 20251.0When I drive out of my way to get here at 12:50pm and the sign says the hours are 10am til 5pm I don’t expect them to be closed. Typical FedEx Sanford B.S.
- KBKevin BalgobindMar 1, 20245.0Most of these reviews pertain to FedEx itself and not the location. The FedEx center is located within Walmart in the center. Highly suggest if someone is looking to ship or print and item quickly and easily. Chris was able to help ship out an item for a return, the location is clean wait time was next to none and the process was super easy for shipping and printing out my items. Pricing is fair as well
