- NVNicole ValdezAug 19, 20261.0We just moved to the San Antonio area and we’re trying to get help with a change of address. The gentleman in the front was very rude. Was not helpful and did not help us get accomplished what we needed. We had to drive 40 minutes out of our way to go to another post office, which was very helpful. This post office is right around the corner from us, but we will not be returning because of his attitude he needs it adjusted.

- TVTi VoJun 4, 20261.0PO handler put the wrong package in our box and lost ours. Went to speak w the post master and he told me "I probably got scammed anyway" & to not make a report. Dude is not a nice person and treats people like they are dumb. They need to get someone in there that has common sense.
