I was in here for over 40 minutes trying to get a package sent out due to the customer representative who was checking me out error they didn’t even apologize for wasting my time. Didn’t even say thank you for your service after they wasted my time didn’t even apologize showed no empathy whatsoever extremely frustrated with this process extremely frustrated the way they took take care Of this issue, no empathy at all. I will never be back at this location again what a waste of time.

The staff are always helpful, friendly, and patient, even when you show up with a box that looks like it was assembled during a caffeine-fueled breakdown in your garage. 10/10 every single time.
