I usually use the self service kiosk, but when I have had to go in and talk to someone all of the ladies that work there are so kind and helpful. Today I had a very unpleasant experience with Bruce. He needs to fix his attitude or find a job where he doesn’t have to talk to people If he is going to have a nasty attitude. I sell things online I had 20 packages I needed labels for to ship out, which is why I use the self service kiosk for my labels. Since the kiosk was down, I just asked Bruce if he could print out the labels so I could go put them on that way I wouldn’t hold up the line. He was so nasty about it and didn’t want to hear my reasoning. He told me to go to a different store and that he can’t do that. I didn’t realize that they were not allowed to just print the labels at the front or else I would’ve never asked, but I was treated with such disrespect. It was embarrassing for me to be treated that way in front of other people. A lady then came in and said that she had fixed the kiosk and I went to wait by it and he sent her to tell me that what I was doing was wrong. She then lectured me about how I’m not allowed to just print the label. I Have never done this I was just trying to be considerate and not create a holdup and a long line of people since Bruce was the only one working, but me trying to be considerate of other people was the whole reason I was treated with such little respect. I hope he can find a job that actually makes him happy one day and stop spreading his horrible attitude to everyone that comes in this office.
