I came in for a first-time passport appointment with all official, State-Department-approved documents, including a valid foreign passport. The passport clerks refused to help me, incorrectly claiming I could only use a US driver's license. When I asked to speak to the postmaster to resolve the issue, the staff refused to get them. They only gave her name Jessy I think she won’t come down. To talk to me I went to the County Clerk instead, and they accepted my documents immediately with no issues. Avoid this USPS location for passports; the staff does not know the law and refuses to help customers." And also they work for the public and that how they treat us? I will go further with this complaint drove all they way from Ruskin with an appointment they start laughing saying like I did not know my rights..

However, Please allow me a moment to me to brag about Shawn and Kirk! They are the most incredible guys. Super friendly and caring. Both are extremely organized with a keen eye for details. They both deserve a pay raise for caring about the rout with an unmatched consistency. Thank you!
