- CCCleoAug 21, 20261.0Worst postal office EVER. They lost my passport card and they spelled my last name wrong. I hope this location revamps and gets better employees. That’s goes to whoever is in charge of the printing process. I don’t understand how you can spell someone’s last name the wrong way WHEN I GAVE YOU MY APPLICATION AND MY ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Pay attention. It’s not that hard. Do better.
