That’s goes to whoever is in charge of the printing process. I don’t understand how you can spell someone’s last name the wrong way WHEN I GAVE YOU MY APPLICATION AND MY ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Pay attention. It’s not that hard. Do better.
