She’s a friendly face and so kind every time I am there by myself or with my kids. I will drive across town to wait and go to the store as opposed to going somewhere else in the hopes of running into her.

DeShaun was the most efficient CSR I’ve ever had at any UPS store! I had several items to return and he was using both hands process my items.. he was scanning the QR with one while grabbing a bag to bag the item to bag up with the other, bagged it scanned my next code, then pulled the label off the printer and placed it, grabbed the next bag as he’s scanning the next QR with the other. His hands never stopped moving and I could almost not keep up with him to pull up my QRs from the app….great experience! I told DeShaun he going to own his own store soon.

She and the young man working were fast, efficient, and professional. Even when I made a few dumb mistakes. And they were able to do what would have taken me 30 minutes to do myself plus still take it somewhere to get it notarized. Love this store.
