  Absolutely ridiculous. They wanted to charge $3 to tape a box. My return was in the box (as required), but I had not taped it. They were unwilling to help me and would only tape the box if I paid the fee for buying a box and everything. Terrible customer service. Avoid this location. Or maybe all UPS stores.

  Have been coming here for years for a po box for the business I manage, have never had anything but great experiences until today when I finally met “Michael” skinny old bald guy working at the front counter. I told him I needed the boxes sent to the P.O. Box, I told him this is my bosses po and I needed boxes of lights that arrived. He asked if I was an authorized person for the box, I said I’ve picked up multiple times so I must be, he then turned to his coworker the “manager” and asked if he recognized me. So, I called my boss and had him speak to them, and told them that they didn’t allow me to get the stuff because they didn’t recognize me, he then turned to my boss and said I was a liar? And started arguing with me, in front of my boss on the phone. It was the craziest most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen from a business. Lo and behold I was authorized and given my boxes after the whole ordeal, in front of my 4 year old daughter non the less. These people are absolutely rude, uneducated, and should NEVER be working with customers. I will be calling corporate, as I’m writing this before I even leave the parking lot. Not to mention the boxes are absolutely trashed, and half have been opened.

  Clueless. Clueless. Clueless. I wasted my time going to the store to do a simple return with a receipt that nobody in the store knew how to do and also mail a simple package that they told me I needed additional information for and I have mailed it to that place before without the additional information. Total waste of time! Do not go to the store go to another one to save yourself.

  The man at the counter was kind but this store charges a 2.99 fee to tape your Amazon box return……..

  Older bald guy is always rude. Never says ‘good morning’ or ‘thank you’; poor customer service over all. Worst location in St. Pete. Head downtown for knowledgeable and quality service
