  At the UPS store located at 740 4th street N, I met a phenomenal young lady named Diana. She was very kind. My encounter with her started as I was trying to open the door and at the same time wheel in a large heavy box. She saw me struggling and immediately came to my assistance by holding the door for me. The story gets better. She then very efficiently walked me through the return process for two boxes , one of which was destined for Whole Foods. With her very capable help I was able to drop both boxes at one location. Diana made my day. She is an exceptional young lady who clearly cares about providing the best service possible. I wish more people were like her. She is a tremendous asset to UPS. Bob Davis

  Jay was super sweet and helpful! Was in and out in less than 5 minutes and I had a couple of things. Super personable, attentive, and quick!

  Great customer service. Jaylynn was very helpful. I wasn’t sure what print sizes I needed, she was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me get everything printed correctly.

  I stopped by the UPS Store after yoga with a USB stick of images I wanted printed on photo paper, and Destiny provided truly excellent service. She was incredibly conscientious—carefully checking paper orientation, making sure the software hadn’t altered the image sizes, and patiently working through the technical details to get everything just right. Beyond that, she was warm, personable, and went well above and beyond. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the interaction and deeply appreciated the level of attention and professionalism she brought to the experience. Cosmic Ray
