Review: Fed Biz Access (worked with Mya Plant, Frank Krebs, and Liu Dicpetris)
I engaged Fed Biz Access expecting a structured, qualified path into government sales. What I experienced instead was a clear lack of vetting, weak execution, and no meaningful follow-through.
From the beginning, there was urgency around “end of fiscal year buying,” which suggested strong demand. In reality, my product is not suited for traditional government contracting—it’s a micro-purchase item typically sold at the unit level. That fundamental mismatch should have been identified before onboarding, but it wasn’t.
The contact data provided was a major issue. A significant portion of emails bounced, and many phone numbers were non-operational. I sent hundreds of outreach emails and followed up with calls, without a single meaningful response. At that scale, the outcome points to poor data quality, not just lack of interest.
More concerning than the lack of results was the absence of support. After raising these issues, I received no return calls or emails from Mya Plant, Frank Krebs, or Liu Dicpetris. My request for a refund has gone unaddressed. The only consistent communication I received were automated “campaign started” messages, which makes the lack of real engagement even more apparent. I understand if a refund is not applicable but the lack of response to my concerns is very unprofessional. This indicates to me they "took the money and ran". They did not present any professionalism showing they cared.
At a minimum, my business should not have qualified for this service:
My product is not TAA or Berry compliant
It is not intended for contract vehicles like TLS
It is better suited for micro-purchase procurement pathways (I have secured 4 without the assistance of FedBiz Access)
These are basic qualifiers that should have been identified before onboarding.
Additionally, services such as obtaining a CAGE code or SDVOSB certification do not require a paid intermediary like FedBiz Access. There are readily available resources to complete these independently i.e. Open Ai, Claude, etc.
Bottom line:
This was not just a lack of ROI, it was a lack of proper qualification, execution, and accountability. I cannot recommend Fed Biz Access based on my experience.
Update (in response to owner reply):
Thank you for the response.
To clarify, my concern was never centered on whether a contract award was guaranteed or within your control. I fully understand that government buyers ultimately determine ROI.
The issue is that my business should not have been a fit for your service in the first place. My product is a micro-purchase item and not structured for contract vehicles, and it is not TAA or Berry compliant. Those are fundamental qualifiers that should have been identified before engagement. If those limitations were known, it raises the question of why I was onboarded and sold this service at all.
Regarding outreach, the challenge I experienced was not simply a lack of responses—it was the quality of the contact data itself. A significant portion of emails bounced, and many phone numbers were non-operational. At that scale, this points to data quality issues, not just market conditions. Basically it’s scraped non-verified data and put into an excel format hence a “list”. Therefore, high level, FedBiz Access does sell lists.
Additionally, I did reach out multiple times to discuss these concerns and did not receive a response. That lack of follow-up is a key part of my experience and remains unaddressed.
I appreciate your clarification around your process, but my feedback stands: this was a misalignment in qualification, execution, and communication.
