The drop box has been broken for weeks now and the workers are absolutely horribly rude. There’s a guy who took care of me once and he was quick efficient and kind. But that’s one experience out of dozens. Not impressed if you don’t like your job move on.
- KBKinsey BullockMay 26, 20261.0I unfortunately have to give at least one star here in order to write a review. I dropped a pre-labeled item here inside the store in the package drop box. The label was never scanned into the system. So I go to the store this morning to inquire why it was never scanned and try to find my package. But was cut off before I could even begin to explain the situation by the very rude woman at the desk and told to call the basic customer service number and was practically dismissed. I called customer service and wasted 45 minutes of my life monkeying with the automated number, another 30 with the postal inspector, and another 30 with the customer assistance line... only to be told that I need to talk to the fine and lovey people at this freaking post office location because SOMEONE decided not to scan the item into the system. This was a rare collectable card. Who knows where it is now? Maybe it's sitting under a bin somewhere left to rot or maybe someone within this store grabbed it and took off with it cause it felt like an gift card in there? Either way, this whole situation has been extremely poorly handled and I STILL don't have any information of where my item is. Go else where if you can. Avoid this post office if you actually want your package to arrive safely. Editing to add that this location NEVER answers the phone.
