  Unfortunately, since the management changed, the quality of service has declined significantly. I waited more than 20 minutes without anyone being able to help me I found the new staff extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s disappointing to see how much this location has declined.

  Response to the manager on duty : Hi Sarah, Thank you for taking the time to respond I appreciate your clarification regarding the management team. However, my primary concerns were not addressed. 1. Whether the associate was trained or not, the fact remains that there were 3 associates present, only 1 trained and the transaction was not completed in a reasonable amount of time. 2. I asked your associate 2 times to please get you from the back and he said, ( exact words) “that is not going to happen. She said that she won't help you right now; she is on the phone. You have to wait “. 3. You confirmed that you were unavailable because you were assisting a customer on the phone. As a result, I waited more than 20 minutes in the store for a simple international shipment and ultimately “had” to leave without being served. 4. Regarding the interaction as I was leaving, I understand that your recollection differs from mine (even when you were in the back and couldn't hear it), but I can only describe what I personally experienced, which was rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. My feedback was never intended to criticize any individual personally. It was to express my disappointment as a “long-time customer” who has noticed a “significant decline” in the level of customer service compared to my previous visits. I hope UPS corporate reviews this matter to ensure customers receive timely assistance when visiting the store. Unfortunately, since the management changed, the quality of service has declined significantly. Today, I visited to send an international package. There was only one employee who knew how to process international shipments, and the manager, who was on the phone, refused to assist. I waited more than 20 minutes without anyone being able to help me. Frustrated by the lack of service, I eventually left. As I walked out, the customer service representative sarcastically yelled, “Have a great day!” and laughed, which I found extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I genuinely used to enjoy coming to this location because of the exceptional customer service. It’s disappointing to see how much it has declined. I hope UPS takes these concerns seriously and works to restore the level of service this location once provided.

  Outstanding staff and service! First of all, I was greeted cheerfully by both of the staff members and that put me in a good mode right away, thank you for that. I could not get the other lady's name from the staff to include in my review but Ariel is the one who took care of our notary work. Ariel is very professional, friendly, and helpful. I am very happy with the service provided and the atmosphere. Thank you!!!

  The store attendants are always very courteous and helpful. Kind of like the “Chic Fil-A” of shipping. They seem to work in a very efficient and timely manner.

  I frequent this UPS location each week. Besides shipping packages I also have a PO Box there for other postal materials. Today I had a special print project. Ariele provided outstanding service and made sure that my project was printed perfectly and to my specifications. Ariele is always pleasant, personable, and professional. I appreciate her recognition of me as a frequent customer.
