He was the one who stayed in contact with me, kept following up, and made sure the issue was handled all the way through. What I appreciated the most is that he didn’t just give me information and disappear — he actually cared enough to keep checking on the case until it was resolved. That kind of customer service is hard to find nowadays. Employees like Enmanuel are what make a company like USPS stand out. Thank you again for the professionalism, communication, and genuine support throughout the whole process.

Your phone will not allow me to talk to someone dodo I can figure out what to do. You've failed in your responsibilities. Zero stars should be an option but regarding this matter you should get negative stars.

- JRJase RoseApr 21, 20261.0I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This is the RUDEST, LAZIEST staff I’ve ever encountered, and that’s saying a lot. I scheduled a Redelivery of an item because the lazy postal worker couldn’t bother to press my doorbell button, even though he was able to put a missed delivery notice on my door. Redelivery never showed up. Called and dealt with the worst automated system ever, only to speak to a rude and condescending woman who said I either have to go and physically get my package, or they’ll send it back. This place needs closed, and everyone involved with this location needs fired.
