  Its New, Nice & Modern But On Top Of The Many Times I Have Been Here Already, The Service Is Always Great Also There Is A Hot Guy That Works There So That's A Bonus 😂

  This was my last time coming here. They rip you off every chance they get!! Went three times every time left with the same feeling. Today they tried to charge me $240 for sending an envelope (a few grams of weight) to argentina… that’s supposed to be their cheapest option. Another time I went to make a copy, they charge a few cents for black and white.. BUT they charge 3 DOLLARS for RECEIVING YOUR EMAIL with the file… what a joke. The third time I went, I needed to send back an Amazon package and made me pay for a box when Amazon said it didn’t need one. ( I’ve been doing this in other locations many times and never paid anything.

  Do NOT use this store ( Narcoossee and Cyrils) for notary services. They got my name wrong on every document. They wrote last name, first name. The guy said that was correct. When the documents arrived out of state at my escrow company, they said the name had to be as it appears on my drivers license. I had paid $50 and the documents were no good. It delayed my escrow and I had to do the paperwork all over again. When I went back to the UPS store, I had to explain to the notary how to do his job.

  I had a disappointing experience at this UPS Store and would encourage other customers to carefully review all charges before paying. In my experience, the shipping weight appeared to be rounded up, which resulted in a higher shipping cost than I expected. I was also told that I needed to purchase an additional box instead of using the original product packaging, which increased the overall cost. Customers should take the time to understand UPS packaging and shipping policies and ask questions if additional fees are being added. Transparency and clear explanations are important, and unfortunately I did not feel that was the case during my visit. I would recommend that other customers verify the weight, dimensions, packaging requirements, and all fees before completing their transaction to avoid unexpected charges.

  I visit this UPS Store regularly to drop off Amazon returns, and every experience has been excellent. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They make the process quick and easy, even when the store is busy. One thing that really stands out is how clean and well-maintained the store is. It’s always spotless, organized, and even smells amazing when you walk in. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping the store looking professional and inviting. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing shipping, returns, or other services.
