  This UPS store at Publix center is an amazing place to get the help you need to return items or anything else you need for Amazon and other services! Highly recommend!

  Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience at this UPS location. The person attending me provided extremely poor customer service and had a very unpleasant attitude from the beginning. She was unhelpful, rude, and made me feel like I was bothering him. What made the experience even worse was that she was unwilling to help me with something as simple as providing a small piece of tape to close my box. I understand that businesses have policies, but the way she handled the situation was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Customer service should be about treating people with respect and being willing to help, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here. The attitude, lack of willingness to assist, and overall treatment were extremely disappointing. I hope management takes the time to address this kind of behavior because customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. I definitely did not leave this location feeling valued as a customer.

  Went for an Amazon drop off and worked ok, then I asked for a quote to send an envelope and neither of the two person that were there helped me, it seems they have some sort of an issue between them…
