- JAJohnna AndersonSep 23, 20261.0I called to track a package that their postal worker mis scanned and showed delivered. I called to ask what happened and the lady I spoke with was RUDE. I asked a question and she said and I quote “just because you’re seeing that doesn’t mean you have to call us” and when I tried to ask when the delivery date might be, she proceeded to tell me “goodbye have a nice day”. ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
