- CLCindy LMay 9, 20262.0I usually really like this branch...but standing outside at 9:10 in a line (hours are 9 to 2 on Saturday) because they haven't opened yet is disappointing. Without a branch anywhere close to the WGV area, there aren't many options. Wish at least they could open on time.
- BBBeyond BlessedApr 17, 20261.0My experience here was completely unacceptable due to an employee named Chong. She was loud, disrespectful, and openly hostile. I came in with a confirmed payment issue (verified by my financial institution as reversed by the merchant), and instead of helping, she raised her voice, called me a liar, and refused to assist. While I was there, another customer walked in with the exact same issue—so this clearly isn’t a one-time problem. Even worse, I witnessed her berate elderly customers and speak down to others. One person told me they avoid this location entirely because of repeated behavior like this. This is not how customers should be treated—especially at the United States Postal Service. I will be filing a formal complaint and strongly encourage others to do the same. Management needs to address this immediately.
