I don’t normally leave reviews, but the world needs a little kindness and recognition every once in a while. I had a great experience with Nick at the counter. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. thanks Nick.

The people there helped me with a broken lock. We filled out paperwork. And they fixed it in 2 days! That is really fast. There were 3 people who helped me at the different locations in St Augustine FL. One man had to program my phone because I couldn't do it. I am very thankful 🙏 and grateful for these people 's kindness. Good news, I got my mail. Thank you to the USPS for excellent service!!!!

I’ve had the misfortune of needing to come to this location a few times now and I’ve never had a positive experience. They talk over me as if they have a script they have to stick to and completely disregard anything I ask. Last time I was in, I tried to do a return with a QR code. They told me I had to buy a package in order to do the return. I’ve done multiple returns at different USPS locations and have never once needed my own package. I was surprised and tried to tell them I’ve never heard of that, and the guy just interrupted me to tell me I was wrong. I just talked to the company that I was doing the return through and they confirmed that the QR code is supposed to also cover the packaging and USPS is supposed to have a process for returns. They also said the customer in these situations is never supposed to provide their own shipping container.

Could you please teach your employee some basic manners? She was behaving very strangely while standing in the customer’s doorway, blocking the entrance and complaining that the customer couldn’t sign for a package. The customer simply asked her to step aside a little, and her response was, “That guy is not as important as I am. I’m more important.” What is that even supposed to mean? Maybe it would be a good idea for her to take that crown off. As far as I’m concerned, we’re all people and we’re all equal. What was so difficult about stepping aside for one second and letting me pass? This kind of behavior is just ridiculous.
