  I’m a repeat customer and had a disappointing experience today, mainly due to communication. If your policy is in-person only, it should be stated clearly: “We take walk-ins only and can’t process transactions over the phone.” That’s simple and professional. Instead, I was told “I got burned before” and that fax transactions can only be done in person. This came across as distrust and felt like I was being compared to someone else’s past experience. That’s not relevant to me as a customer. I even offered to provide ID and payment information to complete the transaction, but was still met with resistance, fear, and lack of problem solving skills. Clear, direct communication goes a long way. I hope this is improved moving forward.

  Was greeted by a 10yo child to help me…. Looked at me sideways not knowing what I was asking for then even though the UPS store websites says the service I was asking for was available at all UPS stores the very rude adult employee told me no UPS stores offered that service. I said it says it on the website and I was told by her that I was wrong. I do know how to read and it does say that on the website. Just don’t argue with customers and a polite “we don’t offer that service at our location” would have been perfectly well received by me. Don’t tell me I’m wrong when I drove to the location and attempted to obtain the advertised service then treat me like I’m an idiot when I ask for something you don’t do. In America, treat your customers with respect. It’s the American way. And 8yo don’t work at UPs stores. We have labor laws here.

  This is a great store to go. Everyone is very helpful and informative. Make sure you read any and all instructions that is given to you. Overall I will always come here for my returns and shipping needs.
