  I can say bye, far I had the best experience having most of my packages shipped from this location, being mindful of all the other customers that are normally impatient And that are simply rude customers to the staff I and Ms Cindy is the hardest worker I had seen bye far and I would like to keep using this ups for all my shipping and handling needs wonderful customer support👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

  I went in with Amazon returns and another package (not Amazon) with no one in line, the lady at the desk welcomed me up but saw Amazon and turned me to the kiosk. Told her my one package was not Amazon, she did that return and then still turned me back to the kiosk. She was just Lazy and unwilling to do the Amazon returns. Not everyone wants to do it themselves. Do your jobs.

  We use to love this UPS location. Since the old owner left it’s had horrible service. Amazon returns are missed scanned. The wrong item is being returned with the wrong label and refunded items are being charged. I thought it was my mistake - then I intentionally did two returns. Gave the information to the young lady one at a time and still had Amazon send me notice of the items being returned were not as expected. It feels like it’s almost intentional - the new staff is rude and clearly lazy!

  Worst experience I’ve ever had at a UPS Store. First, I stood there for about 10 minutes while no one even acknowledged me or asked what I needed. Employees were walking around helping other customers, but apparently I was invisible. Then I was told they wouldn’t print my shipping label unless I paid $2.30. Just think about that — $2.30 to print a barcode for a package I’m literally dropping off with them. I already had the prepaid label ready on my phone. I simply needed it printed as a sticker and attached to the package. I asked, “Can you print it here?” The answer was basically: “You should have printed it at home, or we can print it for $2.30.” Seriously? Charging $2.30 to print one prepaid shipping label while accepting the package for shipment is ridiculous. The whole experience felt unprofessional and unnecessarily frustrating. Definitely the worst customer service experience I’ve had at a UPS Store.
