  Hours state that they are open until 3:00 PM on Sunday. I arrived at 2:55 with a simple Amazon return (1 item) but the door was already locked even though there was still a customer inside. Both women working saw me at the door and continued to stare, but neither made any attempt to unlock it or even acknowledge me. If you’re going to advertise that you’re open until 3:00, then you should actually remain open until 3:00.

  My packages always get sent and delivered on time. I appreciate that they offer taping up packages and printing address labels for me.

  The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and polite throughout my experience. They provided very clear and direct instructions, which made the entire process easy to understand and helped prevent any confusion or misunderstandings. I really appreciated how organized and attentive everyone was. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and made the experience feel smooth and stress free. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend them to others.

  This UPS Store does not accept USPS packages, which caught me completely off guard. I regularly use UPS Stores throughout Jacksonville and St. Augustine and have never encountered one that wouldn’t accept a prepaid USPS package. What makes it even more confusing is that there’s signage in the store stating “USPS Pickup – 1:00 PM.” If USPS is picking up from this location, it’s pretty reasonable for a customer to assume they can drop off a USPS package there. I understand individual locations may have different policies, but this should be made much clearer—especially when the signage suggests otherwise. Definitely inconvenient and not what I’ve experienced at other UPS Store locations in the area.
