- LLLaidMay 6, 20261.0This was my first time ever visiting this post office, and unfortunately the customer service was terrible. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while there were 3 female clerks behind the counter. One was busy helping another customer, but the other two were just cleaning their area and looking around. Not one person greeted me or even asked if I had been helped. It honestly felt like I didn’t exist. A simple acknowledgment or “we’ll be with you shortly” would have made a big difference.

Manager does not have good customer service at all, genuinely just seems bored of every conversation, most of the everyday employees there are nice but some have a little Karen to them. Anytime I go to ask them about an issue I've had with delivery services and everytime it has never gotten resolved and the interaction leaves quite a sour feeling considering they dont even respond when I say thank you have a good day and if they do its given with much attitude. Been about 5 times ive had to go there about the same issue and at this point maybe ive been too nice about it because they'll fix it on the very next delivery and seemingly forget it for the rest after it. Its been very frustrating that theyve given such terrible service and its feeling like its because of small buisness prejudice. I qould not recommend them at all, maybe try another usps if you're having issues with deliveries i surely will not be coming back a 6th time as I think theyve gotten way too many chances to properly do their job. Theyve cost me customers and money and dont even offer a solution other than pinning the blame on the wind.

Post office website and service phone seems stack in 1800’s.Any phone numbers one called cannot get anyone to answer simple question.One cannot get anyone!Robo recording on the phone asking questions and answers itself!Who is responsible for technology?I want a contact info to sue them!For wasting my time! One star is to much. What a waste of taxpayer money
