  Based on other reviews and experiences im also giving this a one-star based on my own. only two people are working, line is all the way to the front door. A TEENY TINY roll of tape that they are selling is 4 BUCKS!!! worst post office I’ve been to so far :(

  We had a scheduled CHILD passport PHOTO + application appointment at this USPS location. Both parents had to be present, so we took the day off work and brought our infant and toddler with us. The experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and extremely stressful. We arrived early, but staff told us we could not be seen because we didn’t have the passport photos. We rushed out with our young children to get the photos taken elsewhere (even though USPS is supposed to take them as part of the service) and returned to a long line. After waiting with two small children and finally reaching the front, the assigned staff member was pulled away and immediately declared we were late and could not be helped, even though we were physically standing in line on time. Their camera was not working, causing the whole delay through no fault of our own. We later found a voicemail left earlier that morning (which we didn’t see in time) demanding we bring our own photos, contradicting the service they are supposed to provide. When we spoke to the supervisor, I think her name is Linda, she falsely claimed we were told to call back and that our paperwork should have been ready. None of that was mentioned in the voicemail. Another staff member, Tamara, gave us a nonexistent phone number for the “manager” called Jordan that allegedly wasn’t there. It strongly felt like they had decided not to honor our appointment and were making up excuses. Having to take time off work, manage two young children in line, and rush around only to be turned away for reasons entirely on their end was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Very poor customer service.

  I have been using this post office for at least 30 years and always find the help I need here. Sometimes there is a wait but that is normal during certain times of day or year (holidays or tax day) but things always move along. The staff is always waiting with a smile and hello for me when it is my turn, not sure if that is because I always greet them with one too.

No matter how complicated my shipping or mailing questions are, they know the answers instantly and always help me find the most efficient, cost-effective options. On top of the stellar staff, the office is impeccably clean and well-organized. It is bright, tidy, and completely lacks the cluttered, chaotic feel of your typical government office. Best of all? The wait times are incredibly short. They manage the line with absolute precision, getting people in and out in record time without ever making you feel rushed. If you want a stress-free, seamless postal experience, skip the other locations and come straight to this one. Huge kudos to the team here for setting the gold standard for customer service!
