    Hate this place, always closes 15 minutes before the actual closing time, walked in today a few minutes before 6 to drop off a package that was fully ready to be scanned and everything was completely closed. Edit: came back the next day and they once again closed earlier than the website stated. Needed to ship something through option shipstation and PayPal and they said there was no bar code when I was looking at the bar code. Instead of being helpful the staff was laughing and having private conversations. Will be reporting this

    Worst experience I’ve had at a post office. I came in with a prepaid return with two small boxes, each labeled, and was told I couldn’t send them like that and needed to combine them into one box. When I asked if they could just be taped together, I was rudely told to buy tape and do it myself, even though there was tape right next to the employee, and I’ve had items taped at this location previously. I stepped out, taped them in my car, and came back, only to be barely acknowledged while the worker stayed on a loud phone call and took forever to give me my receipt. Overall, it felt really unprofessional I would recommend sticking with UPS or FedEx.
