Every single time I walk through the door, she is incredibly pleasant, helpful, and highly professional. On top of her top-tier customer service, she always keeps the building smelling amazing, which is a wonderful touch that I truly appreciate. Stephanie is exactly the kind of leader this organization needs in upper management. She should absolutely be put up for a promotion because she is exactly the type of person you want in a higher-up position. Employees like her make running errands a breeze. Thank you, Stephanie, for always doing such a phenomenal job! I'm sorry but I disagree with this 4.1 rating
- JWJason WillisMay 26, 20265.0I had a great experience there. Saw a postal worker try to help a family fill out paper work so they could get their mail. I won't get into details why they couldn't but the postal worker 2as every patient. Then comes me mailing a package off for an older woman. I did not look it over and I just assumed things were good. Well the zip code had a number which could have been a 0 or 5. I didn't know which one it was. So she looked up both, then the street address was not on there. Nope the lady forgot to put the P.O. box number on there. I was able to call and get the information, and I can see the postal worker was frustrated. She kept calm and professional while I work through the issue. This is one of the reasons I drive to the Roseland post office for everything. I live down by U.S. 1 and Barber but it is worth the drive to me. Thank you ladies for your professionalism and smiling faces today.
