Based on my experience, there appears to be a serious lack of understanding regarding shipping procedures and customer service expectations for individuals and businesses who rely on the Postal Service to operate efficiently, this can create unnecessary delays and added stress. It is especially disappointing given the broader challenges facing the Postal Service, including limited funding and increasing public reliance on mail and other shipping services. Locations like this should be focused on improving service and maintaining public trust—not contributing to further frustration. If you need dependable service, I would strongly suggest using the Merritt Island Post Office instead.
