  I believe businesses should remain politically neutral. Seeing this UPS Store publicly promote a specific school-board candidate in its window feels unprofessional and unnecessary. Customers shouldn’t feel like their business is being used to promote a particular political position.

  I'm a 62-year-old citizen I've been shopping there quite a while harass me about damage of an expensive helicopter then mentions me filing a claim but at the time never mentions that the box was insufficient which it wasn't this was just a shipping issue then I come in there with a very thick cardboard box that they claim to be a shoebox that's thicker than the box I'm shipping and told me I can't use it I understand they have a rule but then he got completely rude with me when I inquired about it threaten me with police and threaten me this is the last time he's going to discuss his policies with me he doesn't have to discuss him anymore I'm done shopping there the guy is rude he doesn't know how to handle a customer or be professional and I'm a senior citizen on top of that and completely rude and his employee jumped in to try and stack me and be rude herself a bunch of rude unprofessional shop

  The people working there are nice and I was able to get my packages sent out, however it was super weird having the 3d printers in there and them selling the prints. Kinda feels cheap and gimmicky. Not to mention a majority of the things they are printing and selling are copyright/trademark infringing. For example the large Warhammer figure, pretty sure Games Workshop isn't cool with that. The Cocoa store had a bunch of Pokémon stuff too, also not allowed. Might be neat if they were original designs, or maybe things related to shipping packages, but they are neither.

  Even though I live right next to the Cocoa UPS store, I will be going to this one from now on. I went there thinking I was prepared and I wasn't but the lady was patient as heck, very nice and very professional!!! I will definitely go to this location from now on.
