- EMEugenia MJul 28, 20261.0Some people at the counter are helpful but overall experience is awful. Requested a mailbox key replacement. I was told it might take up to 10 days, it’s been 20 now and still no key. My mail is on hold but for some reason they keep delivering it to the mailbox so I have to chase my packages.
- LWLasondrya WilliamsJul 23, 20261.0I spoke to an employee by the name of Prince, my package has been sitting at USPS since Saturday he said he didn’t see my package at all and doesn’t know where it could possibly be. Once he stated that he stated there was nothing else he could do to help me and he wasn’t trying to be helpful after that. So now I have no idea where my package is and usps employees clearly doesn’t care. Every time I use this company their is an issue.
- LRLexy RosaJul 20, 20261.0Worst post office I’ve ever been to. the employees disappear into the back for 20–25 minutes while customers are left waiting with no explanation. When they finally come back, they rush through everything without paying attention. I tried to send a package to Virginia, but due to their carelessness, it ended up being sent back to my own address instead. This caused unnecessary delays and a lot of frustration. Customer service is slow, careless, and unprofessional. I would avoid this location if possible. I definitely won’t be using this location again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who needs reliable service.
