- JCJeremy Crouse4 days ago1.0The postal clerks here are great. Friendly and fast. However for the last 3 months the automated kiosk APC is consistently not working. I’ve been affected 12 times in the last 10 weeks stopping in to do my business activity at 6AM and the kiosk isn’t working. Either the paper is jammed, the receipt paper is out, the ink is empty, the shipping labels are empty, or the network communications need reset. Over and over again. It’s extremely frustrating to endure this long. I’ve heard the supervisor is challenged to effectively manage. This is one of the busiest offices in Hillsborough county and two kiosks or a new kiosk or a proactive maintenance program are needed. I really hope it gets fixed.
- TRTatiana RestrepoAug 25, 20261.0Every year there are probably 10-15 incidents reported by me on the claims page because my packages or mail are placed in other neighbors mail boxes. Attention to detail is very important when being a mail carrier and no matter how much kindness or times a customer shows and repeats concerns to the staff nothing ever changes. This has been an ongoing issue since 2017 and it only gets worse with each year. Trainings and other systems should be implemented to avoid huge errors. Mail delays and loss of packages can be time sensitive and depending on the scenario, for example; if it were something medical coming in the mail this is a vulnerability exposure, HIPPA, health concern, and poor handling overall. Please take into consideration that everyone’s mail matters and should be handled with thought and care.

"Your not going to wait 2 days he will be back tomorrow ill put a note on the account" I go to the mail box and he didnt change the key just threw my mail on top of the messed up key guess what? Now I gotta wait even longer !!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is absolutely comical 2026 and yall cant get a simple idsue handled that shouldn't have even happened the mailman should of made sure the key fit before putting it in my box for me to find it and go through this after the trouble I had with the post offices not scanning packages like they should for tracking.
