Third time now a package marks delivered to mail box and third time either it was mid delivered to wrong address or simply not delivered at all. I've never experienced such horrible service from postal delivery
- MMMargaretJun 27, 20261.0We made an appointment over a month ago for a passport and we showed up this morning to be told that they don’t do passports on Saturdays anymore as of two weeks ago. When we asked why we weren’t contacted they said “guess it was just missed. sorry”. Utterly unacceptable.

After waiting 2 months for my appointment they cancelled on me same day of my appointment for not having someone certified for passports. I received a text notification the night before as a reminder to come in for my appointment but they never texted me about the cancellation even though I had text notifications for appointment updates. If you guys knew y’all didn’t have someone licensed for passports why even offer the services? I wish 0 stars was an option.
- KEKevin EJun 2, 20261.0This is the worst post office ever there is a lady there who works behind the blue door she is the rudest human ever and she thinks it’s ok to act the way she does she needs to be terminated today !!!! she is a horrible lady , the passport procedure with walk ins are horrible , the passport rep is horrible he does not care he thinks our time is a joke he has people filling out forms and talking nonsense to them like shut up and work while telling people that has been in line since 2pm like the website said waiting he’s going to tell people sorry you didn’t make the cut so unprofessional he thinks this is a game if they don’t have the paperwork filled out move them to the side and take the ones waiting this post office needs to be shut down nothing gets done , there is a guy checking passport paperwork for what!!!!! he does nothing he can’t help process anything go to work!!! but this post office is horrible they need to be audited and checked because they have 0 customer service and if I could leave 0 stars I would have I will never come back to this establishment they help with nothing they are a waste of time honestly I encourage everyone do not go here they got all those classroom stars on the wall like people actually think they are good , yeah right this is a horrible place they are a joke FIRE THEM ALL !!!.
