- RMRedonda MurrayMay 11, 20264.0Overall, I’ve had a good experience with the United States Postal Service location I use regularly. The staff is usually friendly, professional, and helpful, and my packages and mail are generally handled in a timely manner. The employees work hard, especially during busy times, and I appreciate their customer service and patience. The facility itself is clean and organized, and when I need assistance at the counter, the process is usually smooth. I also appreciate the convenience of having package drop-off options available for customers who are shipping frequently. The main reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the package drop-off bin is often completely full, making it difficult or impossible to leave prepaid packages without waiting in line. This can be frustrating, especially during busy hours when customers are trying to make quick drop-offs. Expanding or emptying the drop-off area more frequently would make the experience even better. Other than that, I truly appreciate the service provided and will continue using this location for my shipping needs.

- CSChasen ShawnApr 11, 20261.0Ive been trying for over a week to get access to my businesses mailbox and through 5 phone calls several cancelled orders and even going to the office and paying them to rekey my box they keep putting stuff in after Ive asked them to bring to business. They left the entire box open to the public of 9 people's mailboxes while still not fixing ours or bringing in our mail. I will be disputing charge of $35 you guys made me pay to not even do the work. Worse USPS in the Tampa Bay area.

She took time assisting me in ensuring that everything was accurate prior to send off. Honestly, if it wasn't for her help I definitely would have missed something. She had amazing customer service and patience. I was truly grateful for her ❤️
