  When dropping off a ups package with the ups label already prepaid at this store, the store representative pushes on the package when they scan it into their system adding weight to the package. An employee there tried to tell me, that it just does not make a difference pushing on the package, which is wrong. They're supposed to scan and verify the weight, and not push on the package, adding weight to it. Pushing on the package adds more weight and you could be charged more from your third party provider that you're getting your ups labels from. So that being said, it's called stealing people. Do your research and watch your shipping charges from whoever you're getting your labels from. We are now tracking our labels dropped off at this ups store and we'll take the appropriate action If we need too if we are over charge for any packages.

  Kiera very nice friendly person. One Male thin mid age male there in hurry and no patience I asked a question and I knew I canceled the refund before in a different store he told me to go to the other place instead of just helping me and the place was empty so he was very rude for it instead he went to the back with the others. He should learn from Kiera she was kind.

  Women currently working is overwhelmed and doesn't know how to regulate her emotions maybe some extra training would help.

  I had a very frustrating experience at this UPS Store. I walked in at 6:19 PM and asked if the store was closed. I was told, “No, we don’t close until 6:30—come on in.” Based on that, I started processing several Amazon returns. By the time I got to my last box, it was around 6:38 PM. While I was still in the middle of my transaction, the owner—who was present the entire time—began trying to rush me to pay before I had even finished. Then he abruptly told me I would have to come back the next day because they were “closed.” I explained that I was already in the middle of my transaction, but he refused to let me finish. When I asked who the manager or owner was, he said he was both. I told him this was extremely poor customer service, and he still insisted I leave and come back another day. I was especially upset because the final package contained medication for my aunt and uncle, which I explained to him, but he showed no concern or willingness to help. This was very unprofessional. If you allow a customer to come in right before closing and begin a transaction, you should let them finish—especially when you explicitly told them it was okay to come in. I will not be returning to this location!!! Francis, was extremely helpful and kind. She represented the kind of service you’d hope to receive. It’s unfortunate that the owner does not reflect the same level of professionalism as his staff.
