  Extremely disappointed with my experience at the UPS Store in Riverview. I wasn’t home during delivery, so I rerouted my package to my neighbor—but it was instead sent to this location as an access point, which was already frustrating. The staff were rude and condescending, and when I called for help, the store manager put me on hold and then told me I was “wasting my time.” Completely unprofessional. Now the situation has escalated even further—they are refusing to release my package back to the UPS driver, which is unacceptable. Instead of helping resolve the issue, this location has made it far more difficult and stressful. I even contacted UPS directly and was told the only way to resolve this is to write a letter and send a copy of my driver’s license to the store so my neighbor can pick it up on my behalf—just to fix a mistake that wasn’t mine. I will be contacting the owner directly to try and resolve this situation, as I’m increasingly concerned about how my package is being handled. At every step, I’ve been treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer. I’ve had much better experiences with other UPS locations, but based on this, I would strongly not recommend this one.

  This store is constantly busy from Amazon returns and daily day to day business. Today, I was assisted by Raji who is always very helpful and goes above and beyond. But regardless of the day, the team always seems to pull through and get things done.

  This is a really busy small store, in a precarious shopping center, where it can be like playing frogger just to get in and out, let alone in our out of a parking space. It's often so busy, with lines to the door, worse during holiday season when it's out the door. We need more UPS stores in the area; I tend to just use another one when I'm going somewhere where I know there's one near there, even though this is the closest one to home for me.

  Their service is impeccable. I haven't received such personalized, sensitive approach till now. They go above and beyond to get it for their customers, the contentment and satisfaction is incomparable. A special mention to Raji; in literal terms, she walked an extra mile and spent her valuable time to get me the best quote for my parcel to India. Thank you for your compassionate service.

  The best customer service I have experienced in ages!! I (irresponsibly) arrived to the store 30 minutes before closing, needing 350 invitations printed and cut on cardstock. Kevin was able to take care of it immediately, and was super helpful. He even let me stay past closing to ensure that I was able to receive the invites that day. I am thoroughly impressed!
