  They are highly inefficient and demonstrate little regard for customer service. In fact, while customers are waiting in line, they may begin assisting newly arrived individuals without first verifying whether others have been waiting ahead of them.

  I've been going to this ups for at least almost 8 years and five of that was with the new manager he was always great even though you don't see them very often cuz you're in and out but for me I own business every time I went in there he was always great and a staff was always great. As my business is grew I just recently moved my location which was a little farther up toward Pavilion Palms so I had a transfer from that location of Bloomingdale to that UPS location. I always enjoyed going into the UPS on Bloomingdale and never had a problem the manager at the Bloomingdale location was always great to me if I had any concerns you would mitigate them right away also having a mailbox it was nice because they took care of me right away. I just spoke to him he called me which was nice and to do because they hold your mail when you do a transfer and it was nice to talk to him one on one I wish I didn't have to leave and would definitely still be there if it work for my location transfer if something changes you definitely bet I'll be back there again thanks for all you have done for me over the years and expedited all my mail and all my boxes I know it was a pain LOL especially those big boxes being returned for my customers who rented some of my equipment you guys have always been great I wish you nothing but the best. If you can do me a favor Anyone who reads this for you or any new customers it's not always easy when it comes to customer demand believe me I would know take it easy on that crew on the Bloomingdale Ave UPS they only have so much control you must be patient with them they are trying to help you the best they can. If you want faster service and you think you're entitled then rent a mailbox because you know something in business that's how it's done you want something quicker you buy the package stop worrying about $5 or $2 and then blaming the staff because you don't want to spend the money they are good people and I can attest to it it's not easy handling thousands of packages a day and mail take it easy on them do what I do and what I have done you get to know them they are people and families just like you I tip them especially around the holidays if they take care of you they deserve it

  Melany was amazing and provided excellent customer service at UPS. She helped me with a great smile and made the whole shipping process easy. I really appreciated that she was bilingual in Spanish, because it helped me communicate everything clearly and make sure the shipping address was correct. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Great experience thanks to Melany!

  Even though it was very late on a Saturday evening, they were open. They worked as quickly as they could even with lots of customers and systems issues (maybe it was only on that day). That's one of the reasons I didn't give them a 5 star review and the entrance to that little plaza is a little inconvenient with the traffic. Other than that it is a great place.
