  My mom went there because she needed to send a fax and the people there were making fun of her because she didn’t know English and I think it’s very unprofessional and disrespectful that just because she doesn’t know the language and she gets disrespected and it really upsets me people that be doing that kind of bullshit because no ONE wants their mom to get disrespected.

  Jonas and Ike were so amazing. They helped me during an already difficult situation, they were funny and outgoing, quick and easy. I loved my interaction with them! I will be coming back! This store is highly recommended with me!

  The male clerk was very helpful. I Couldn’t find my code, he asked if he could hold my phone to find th QR code For Amazon he found it an processed it. Now it’s on the way to Amazon. Friendly clerks very knowledgeable of the process Thank you for your assistance I would use them again. D Ford

  I’ve been shipping at this location for multiple years. Today, I was told by the staff that the owner no longer allows patrons use their own boxes to ship their items, and we must use a certified UPS box. This means, you cannot buy boxes from Amazon, or reuse other boxes to ship here. I’m highly disappointed in this store owner’s decision to screw over their patrons to make an extra buck selling their way overpriced boxes! I’ll take my business somewhere else.

  Hello, I have been a customer at this particular UPS location for at least four years, ever since I relocated to the area, due to the excellent customer service I consistently received. However, my experience yesterday, September 1st, 2026, was significantly different, and I feel it is important to share the details of the service I received on that occasion. I returned an unopened item from Amazon. Upon my arrival, there were two employees present: a lady with long braided hair and a gentleman. I approached with the unopened Amazon box, and the lady immediately stated, "We do not accept boxes". Following this, she began to aggressively strike the top of the box I provided with her fist before removing the item. After receiving the receipt, I was about to depart. Following that, she instructed me to take the box with me, explaining that they did not accept boxes. She suggested I take the box to the Publix located next door and place it in their recycling bin. To the owner of this UPS location, please review the video surveillance footage from the store recorded on September 1, 2026, between 11:30 am and 11:38 am. Her behavior was absolutely despicable. I am wondering if her actions were influenced by racist sentiments due to my Asian heritage. Thank you.
