  As soon as I entered this location, a lady named Jona appeared visibly upset. She began making angry gestures because, apparently, she had to open the returned packages in order to scan the items I was returning, as instructed. She scanned one pair of shoes but did not appear to scan the second pair. When I noticed that she had only slightly opened the other package without scanning the second code, I politely asked, “Are you supposed to scan the other code from the other pair as well?” Her response was even more upset, as if I had done something wrong or owed her something. The store was completely empty between approximately 10:40 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. on July 2, 2026. There was nobody else in line and no apparent reason for such an attitude. Please review the security cameras during that time frame. At approximately 10:48 a.m., you will see me sitting there writing this review. As a writer and someone who strongly promotes the importance of the human touch in organizations, I believe customer service matters. Do yourself a favor: if you need to return a package or a gift, as I did today, I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I also cannot ignore how the interaction made me feel as a Hispanic customer. While I cannot know another person's intentions, the experience left me feeling that I was treated differently, and that is deeply concerning. Enough of remaining silent when something feels wrong. Speaking up is how organizations improve.

  I’ve been using this UPS Store for about a year, and until my most recent visit I would have given it 5 stars. The staff has almost always been friendly, efficient, and helpful. Unfortunately, on my last visit (a Friday), I was helped by a woman I had never seen before, and the experience was completely different. She was extremely rude from the moment I walked in, barely acknowledged me, and actually snatched the package out of my hand, which made me feel very uncomfortable. After reading the other reviews, it’s clear that my experience wasn’t an isolated incident, as many of the negative reviews describe this same employee and her attitude. I was honestly surprised to see that someone with so many similar complaints is still working there. I can only imagine how difficult it must be for both customers and her coworkers to deal with that kind of attitude on a regular basis. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because I’d much rather continue using this location without worrying about having another experience like this.

  The representatives were very kind, but I am a little confused about a $10 charge to check the weight of a package. I am traveling via Air and wanted to see if they could check the weight of my suitcase, to make sure I wasn’t going over the 50lb limit at the airport. Surprise! We can check the weight for $10 dollars 😳😳. Since I was making a transaction, I shipped a 14c 25lbs 67$ that was also a shocker but hey everything has gone up in price except our wages. I would like to know if corporate is aware of this, if this is ok, and where I can verify. If I am wrong then I will apologize

  This is THE WORST STORE! I return packages to Amazon via UPS. Each time, they have an issue. Usually, they try to charge me for packaging because "the return needs to be in the original package", yet, the items ARE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE!!! This place is a joke! Do NOT spend your time or money here!

  Most of the time my visits are handled quickly, efficiently and with a smile - and for those visits I give 5 stars. Unfortunately, there is a woman that works there that has never been helpful or friendly. Never saying hello, asking how she can help, thank you, have a nice day...you know, common courtesies. She is consistently difficult and rude. I always thought it was just me and wondered why she treated me so badly. I just left the store and again she was combative. She told me that my Amazon return had to have different packing that I had to purchase. I've shown her the Amazon instructions that clearly state no additional packaging is necessary. She refused to accept my package. Not one time in the nearly three years I've used this location has ANY other employee EVER said that the packaging is wrong, that I needed to put the shipping label in a bag that they sell or needed to do anything except provide the QR code and drop the package. But EVERY time I've interacted with this woman there has been an issue. As I came to write my review I see that my experience with her is not unique. The only bad reviews for this store revolve specifically around her, her work ethic and her rude attitude. I hope that the owners of this location will see this and make adjustments to preserve an otherwise great reputation for their business.
