- JRJennifer RahmAug 17, 20261.0My mail has accidentally been sent to a locked mailbox I didn't have a key to. I tried contacting the post office for days on end, no answer. I left notes on the mailbox for days. Finally THE MAIL DELIVERY PERSON TOOK MY MAIL OUT AS REQUESTED. WHEN I WENT IN PERSON TO TRY TO MAIL MY VOTE BALLET, I WANTED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER TO MAKE A COMPLAINT THEY LEFT IT IN THE BOX AS LONG AS THEY DID. INSTEAD IF SAYING SORRY, SHE CALLED THE DELIVERY PERSON AND TOLD THEM THEY COMMITTED A CRIME BY GIVING ME BACK MY MAIL AND CAUSED ISSUES.... I THEN GOT UPSET BECAUSE THE DELIVERY DID THE RIGHT THING!!!! BECAUSE I GOT UPSET, STATING ID BE IN HERE ANGRIER IF I DIDN'T GET TO CAST MY VOTE I WAS ASKED TO LEAVE. I RESEARCHED It and it IS NOT ILLEGAL TO GOVE SOMEONE THEIR MAIL THATS IN A LOCK BOX WHEN REQUESTED!!!!! I HOPE THIS MANAGER GET A RUDE AWAKENING!!! BY LAW THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO ENSURE THEY GET THE MXIL OUT!
