Didn't get any mail for about 3 weeks so I called their postal inspector and he said the clerk didn't validate my ID properly and that now it would take another 10 to 14 days to get my mail so over a month total with no mail. It's amazing I moved all the way from New York and it only took them a couple days to switch it.

My box is not the only one left open after they deliver our street you can look down the road and see multiple left open to the weather. This is inexcusable and they should take the time to close the box as there isn’t anything wrong with the door it’s just plain laziness!! Very unhappy with current mail delivery person
