- JRJoachim Roesler4 days ago1.0I dropped a 7 lbs package off for additional packaging with bubble wrap and one more box. I also supplied a pre-paid label for 9 lbs. Now I got hit by UPS for an ex-post weight adjustment of 34 (!!!) pounds, for an additional $82. This stinks to high heaven.

I spent four hours on the phone today bouncing between corporate, customer service, and this specific location just to update my address. While the manager was initially kind, her attitude shifted completely on the second call. At one point, I even overheard her in the background saying she "didn't care" and wasn't going to deal with my issue since the claim was already submitted. She also promised a callback that never happened. The only reason this is a 3-star review instead of a 1-star is Andrew. Despite being clearly overworked and stressed, he stayed professional and actually took the time to help me. Andrew deserves a raise immediately—he is carrying the customer service reputation of this location on his back.

It’s me, two UPS store employees and 2 other customers (almost an equal ratio of employees to customers). Need two quick signatures notarized and then need to ship the documents. My turn in line comes and I am told “there are only two employees today so no notary services.” This UPS store lost revenue for notary services and 2 day shipping, for no good reason at all!
