  I had a grand opening recently and quite a few of my clients came to me commenting on the great printing jobs done with my fliers. They wanted me to share where I had the work done. Thanks, staples, for the awesome job you did!

  I am extremely disappointed with the lack of staffing at this Staples location. Every time I visit, there are lines throughout the store, yet there is virtually no one available to help customers. This store has a checkout register, a customer service counter, an Amazon returns counter, and a balloon service, but there simply aren’t enough employees to handle all of these services. During my visit, only two employees appeared to be working in the print/copy center while customers throughout the rest of the store were left waiting and being completely ignored. It’s unfair to both customers and the employees who are trying to manage multiple responsibilities at once. If you’re going to offer Amazon returns, balloon services, printing, and full retail checkout, you need to staff the store appropriately. Management seriously needs to address this issue by hiring more employees. A business cannot provide good customer service when there is no one available to assist customers. I hope the store manager and corporate leadership recognize how frustrating this experience is and take action before more customers decide to shop elsewhere. Hire a Staff! Teamwork makes the dream work guys! Whoever is managing this store needs to seriously be reconsidered! You don’t just need to hire one more person you need a whole staff of people, at least another four more staff members at the front minimum! It’s everyday, everyone that walks in and out of there is frustrated. Do not take on Amazon business if you don’t have the staff to run it. Or a balloon business. It’s absurd! Do better!

  I'm giving them 5 because it's not their fault HP is an racquet that sold me the correct printer ink that the printer said was fake.

  Un martes al mediodía, las máquinas de impresión y copiado muy sucias y su entorno (no es solo papel), y pagas quality en la impresión pero en el formato legal no existe ese papel y la máquina no está programada para eliminar esa opción al no tenerlo y cuando ves el resultado solo te dicen que igual pagarás el mismo precio, decepcionante.
