Tim and Standley were exemplary employees who went above and beyond for us at the Port St. Lucie Staples location. We arrived with a complex Amazon return, facing an issue we were unsure how to resolve. While other staff members were unwilling to assist, Tim and Standley stepped forward without hesitation. They helped us navigate the requirements and guided us smoothly through each step of the process. They were amazing help and support and we couldnt have done it without them! Both employees demonstrated exceptional professionalism, patience, and dedication to resolving our issue. They transformed a challenging situation into a seamless, positive experience and represented Staples remarkably well. This was the best example of GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE and treating customers with respect. Store management should certainly recognize and reward Tim and Standley for their commendable service!!!

The Amazon returns line is always long or in a different area. The staff is not friendly always complaining and literally miserable. They do not greet you they look at you like you are an inconvenience. They are definitely not team players or show any care about helping and supporting their co-workers.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Staples location during a PREVIOUS Amazon return. The young female employee seemed extremely frustrated with the return from another customer several ppl in front of me and was even using profanity while serving that specific customer and customers that had nothing to do with the complicated returns including me and several people behind me. (My return took less than 30 seconds because I had my QR code ready) The overall experience was so unprofessional I had actually considered switching to UPS for my Amazon returns. I recently gave the store another chance, and I’m glad I did! Aharon has been very pleasant & Valerie (not my return but working next to Ahron) seemed pleasant as well. The difference in my experience was night and day. Because of Ahron & Valerie and their pleasant customer services, I’ll definitely continue using this Staples location. They really made a positive impression first thing in the morning!
