I had an absolutely amazing experience very nice. Very pleasant. Staff will be coming back here again. Thank you for finally doing something about the old staff.

Supervisor o Manager on site very nasty, unprofessional, I was there trying to put return labels receipt on two different letters and she gave me those labels and basically she directed me to do her job, I told her I will not do it because when I was peeling one of the labels were damaged and I didn't want to mess up my letters, then she was mad at me and told me that I didn't want to do it, I told her I wish to do it but I didn't want to mess up my letters. Finally she proceeded to peel the labels and do her job with a very angry face and frustration on her eyes. I paid my certified letters with labels on it and left the place, but when I was in my car I realized that I was missing one of the receipts and I returned inside and made the line again to ask her where is my missing receipt. I was in shock when I observed the manager talking about me and she was telling the other client in front of me how stupid I was that I didn't want to help her put the labels on envelopes. She does not deserve the job she has, Very Disrespectful lady, she offended me in front of all the people. She has no Customer Service Skills. She was very rude making comments about me with other customers telling them I was a stupid client. She said she is the manager, while I don't think she is, she is not even capable to run that position, but please, please do not visit this post office you are in risk of being verbally abused in front of a bunch of people and in the top of all that you have to do their jobs.
