Unfortunately, almost every Saturday near closing time there seems to be a problem with the system. Either the internet goes down, customers are told they can only drop off packages, or they are asked to pay with cash only. On my most recent visit, I waited in line for about 45 minutes only to find out that the system was down and services were limited. This is not an isolated incident it has become a recurring issue on Saturdays before closing. I understand that technical problems can happen, but when the same situation occurs repeatedly, management should have a backup plan in place for customers who have already spent a significant amount of time waiting in line. As a business owner who relies on shipping services, this is frustrating and disruptive. The staff are polite, but management needs to address this ongoing problem and ensure customers can receive full service during posted business hours.
