I'm homeless so this is my only option other than buying a PO box.. the tracking numbers completely throw everything in the garbage, almost literally..because they said these were still in saint paul when they were in fact finally delivered. Now what good is a tracking number if it does the opposite and says it is not delivered yet when it actually is? I can't trust the government mailing system, most definitely using Fedex next time!
