  I have been a little more than 5 years and the truth is that your service has been excellent through low sños there is a lot of reliability and if there is any problem with any package delivery or correspondence they immediately solve it in the fastest way

  Employees in the store were very nice and helpful. However the automated attendant that answers the phone when you call the store is garbage. It did not connect me and hung up on me twice.

  Very disappointing experience. My husband went to this store to ship a computer overnight. He was charged over $400 for the shipment, which seemed extremely excessive. When he asked why the cost was so high, the staff failed to provide a clear explanation. About 30 minutes later, after finding out how much he had paid, I personally went back to the store to cancel the overnight service and switch to a more affordable shipping option. To my surprise, I was told that the package had already been shipped. I find that very difficult to believe. The package was dropped off around 11:00 AM, and I returned to the store around 11:30 AM. Claiming that the shipment had already been fully processed and sent out within that short time frame seems highly questionable. What bothered me most was the lack of transparency and customer service. A charge of more than $400 deserves a proper explanation, and customers should be given reasonable options before being locked into such an expensive service. Based on my experience, I felt rushed into an overpriced transaction and was denied the opportunity to make changes almost immediately afterward. I would not recommend this location.
