  Rates keep going up, service keeps going down. Latest disappointment: you can't even call them without a stupid AI voicemail "Sarah" gatekeeping. Are the employees so busy that they are unable to pick up the phone to respond to a simple enquiry about the content of my box that cost $30+/month now?

  I would like to say that I’m super pleased with the service I received from Dave. Not only was he incredibly patient and understanding, but he was also very efficient. I needed a last-minute job done for an event, and he was able to get it done without any difficulties. I truly appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend his services! Check out the picture below with Vinyl he created. It was an alternative for a runner.

  It was genuinely one of the worst customer service interactions I have ever had. To be clear, one of your employees was extremely kind and helpful, and I want to make sure that person is not confused with the individual I am referring to. The issue was with the employee working at the register furthest from the door. Her behavior was shockingly rude from the moment I approached the counter. Even after I calmly told her there was no reason to be nasty toward me and that I was not her enemy, she continued to speak and act in a rude manner. I have never encountered someone so unnecessarily unpleasant in a customer-facing role. The way she treated me was unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely out of line with what anyone should expect when visiting a UPS store. No customer should be treated the way I was today. She made it very clear she did not care for her job. I would be highly surprised if I am the only person that experienced this kind of interaction with this employee. If I am the first to take time out of their day to inform you, then I will be the voice of the others that never spoke up. I refuse to let someone like that ruin my whole day.
