    Extreemely Rude people. LONG confusing lines. No self service scan drop off like ALL other UPS stores, You will wait in line for over 30 minutes to sinply hand them a prefilled overnight label.

    You can’t just simply drop off prepackaged and labeled items here. They will make you wait in line. Save your time and go to another location or the post office. Staff isn’t the nicest.

    I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this UPS Store. I paid nearly $250 to have my package delivered in 3 days, but it was not delivered as promised. To make matters worse, I was informed that I would not be reimbursed for the shipping cost or the value of the items in my package. I’ve contacted UPS Corporate multiple times, but they keep telling me the store has to handle it. The store has not provided any meaningful assistance or resolution. After spending that much money on expedited shipping, I expected accountability and customer service not to be passed back and forth with no answers. If you’re paying for time-sensitive shipping, be aware that if something goes wrong, you may have a very difficult time getting help or reimbursement. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. In response to their reply; Thank you for your response. However, I would like to clarify a few inaccuracies. At no point did I receive the call I was told I would receive from the manager. The only information I was given by your representative was that they could not discuss my case and that I had to wait for the manager to contact me. I was never informed that my package was shipped via UPS Ground Residential, nor was I told that perishable items would not be covered or that a claim had already been initiated. I had to repeatedly contact UPS myself just to get updates, and each time I was directed back to the store because they said only the shipping location could initiate the investigation. My frustration comes from the lack of communication and the fact that I paid for a shipping service expecting my package to arrive safely, yet it never did. I appreciate that a claim has now been filed, but I hope the facts of what actually occurred are accurately represented. Oh yet no call back still or update today at 1:50pm after being promised call back every time I spoke to them.

    It is ridiculous how a UPS store does NOT have a UPS drop off BOX. They had me in the Amazon line for a half hour to drop off something that already has a label on it which I did NOT need a receipt for. The young lady said it could be hazardous material ans thwy got in trouble for it. WTH! We know how to ship hazardous labels. Our business has prepaid labels for a reason. All i needed was to drop it ofd before the truck came. It is ridiculous. This lady had over 10 single Amazon items to drop off that took forever. WHY? This is a UPS store and UPS shipping with prepaid business labels should have a dedicated drop off zone or box where one does NOT need to be in line for. I do NOT recommend this place.
