And just told me to sign and date I had to ask 4 times and again just sign and date. Y’all need a new person. I tried to speak to the higher up and she said well I can’t help you. Again very rude!

Three times... disaster. I finally found the local PO phone number and was told they couldn’t deliver the package and the customer would have to go to the PO and pick it up. This was never specified until I was actually able to speak with the postal worker.
