And just told me to sign and date I had to ask 4 times and again just sign and date. Y’all need a new person. I tried to speak to the higher up and she said well I can’t help you. Again very rude!
- WKWendy KMar 23, 20261.0Would give them a 0 if I could. We're snowbirds here and go thru all the steps to have mail delivered. It's hit or miss if they decide to deliver mail. Been getting cards and regular mail for 2 months, but then a very important package was sent back with the reason of "vacant" mailbox. From now on UPS and Fed X for us!
- KDKasi DaineMar 21, 20241.0We are spending the week in Cape San Blas with our toddler, and instead of packing a huge amount of diapers, I ordered a box through Amazon, along with other supplies for our kiddo. I've seen Amazon & USPS deliver here to vacation properties, so I figured it would be no problem. Amazon alerted me that my package was on its way via USPS, and several hours went by. Then I went to check the status of my package & it showed that the post office said that I, the customer, requested they hold my package at the post office, which didn't happen. The post office chose, willfully & deliberately, to not deliver my package because they were lazy & didn't want their system to reflect that they weren't doing their job. I almost forgot to write a review until I saw said post office employee delivering to the businesses & buildings next door to our rental. So we took an hour out of our vacation day to go pick up diapers. Based on these reviews, this is common. I'll be filing a federal complaint. Bet you'll deliver someone's diapers next time.
