- KSKristyn SanchezJul 16, 20261.0I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this experience needs to be shared. The employee with the short black hair and red streak has been rude to me on two separate occasions. Because of those interactions, I would rather wait for another employee than have her assist me again. Customer service should make people feel respected and welcome, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I believe additional customer service training would be beneficial, as the way I was treated was unprofessional and disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers have a better experience.

The US State department needs to find a different partner for passports, especially if passports are going to be used as an option to verify identity for voting. This service, and really all others should be taken out of the hands of government agencies with decades long histories of abdominal customer service.
