The employee with the short black hair and red streak has been rude to me on two separate occasions. Because of those interactions, I would rather wait for another employee than have her assist me again. Customer service should make people feel respected and welcome, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I believe additional customer service training would be beneficial, as the way I was treated was unprofessional and disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers have a better experience.
