  Had a very rude interaction with the female employee working Sunday, 6/28. Other employees are always kind and friendly, she seems to be the issue. Won’t be returning to this location.

  I was charged $2 for a 4 inch piece of tape and when I mentioned that the charge is the cost of a whole roll… I was then hit with a condescending response of “Next time tape it up before you come.” Just didn’t sit right on top of the ridiculous charge.

  Avoid the store. The older lady staff member is super rude. She was going to charge two dollars to tape a box. Never heard that in my life. I returned stuff all the time through Amazon and the first time I’ve ever heard of this. !!!! No thank you. I’ll go to my normal UPS store!!!

  Never, ever again. They shipped a Crichton cutting machine to TN for me, it got there damaged with an open box. I contacted them to file a claim. I called the phone numbers give. To me. Was directed to other numbers. I have pictures on a door bell camera showing the box was delivered open. No luck. I went to the store. No help what so ever. They advised me to google how to file claim. They said their boss would call me, he did not. To file a claim it wants a claim number. Reached out to a friend in TN that works for UPS. She tried to help was told the claim has to be filed in store. They have not returned her messages. I paid $50 shipping. The machine was damaged. Do not do business with them. Buyer Beware.

  The UPS Store in the Publix Westport Square Plaza in Port Orange always has plenty of foot traffic, especially late Friday afternoon. Regardless of how busy this place gets, the staff always moves things along at a reasonable pace. Just shipped a birthday gift a few days ago.......
