I’m already paying to have it shipped… now I have to pay to use their tape measurer? I’ll be going back to safe ship on nova. They’ve always happily weighed and measured my packages.

He is not welcoming, friendly, or helpful when customers come in with their packages, nor when they needs copies. He is rude with a smart mouth and just stands there playing on his phone while other associates come up to where he is standing to help customers. He calls customers "Shorty" and is very disrespectful. This cannot possibly be the UPS customer service way. This particular employee needs more customer service training or some form of reprimand. This incident took place 7/8/26 at 9:17 a.m. -Dr. Woods
