Her attitude made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating, and there was a clear lack of customer service and respect. I expected much better treatment from this branch.

I mail out the same packages every month. Another employee mails them without question. One envelope had a tiny paper clip, and she took all of my envelopes, tossing them at me and told me they are all "packages" and would be $8 for each envelope with 5 pieces of paper!! She said they would "break their machine! I took it to another post office, and no problem at all!!! Please educate them and provide kindness class or at least to the female employee with the bad looking bangs!! So frustrating, it's only her!!!!
