  If you have a HAPPY return, AMAZON or have to send your teen the shoes they forgot at college they have you covered. Everyone who works here is great. I haven’t been anywhere else in 10 years!

  I have been a loyal customer of this UPS Store for many years, and it is heartbreaking to see how much it has changed under the new ownership. What was once a warm, welcoming, and friendly place now feels cold and uncomfortable. I want to be very clear that the longtime staff are phenomenal. They are the reason so many of us have remained loyal customers for years. They have always been kind, professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about the people who walked through the door. We love them, and they have been the heart of this store. Unfortunately, my experience with the new owner has been very different. I have found him to be consistently rude, and the atmosphere has changed dramatically. One of the things that made this location so special was how welcoming it was, even to customers with their dogs. That sense of warmth and hospitality is gone. It's also very telling that two of our favorite longtime employees have already left since the ownership changed. Their absence is deeply felt, and it makes me wonder how the staff are being treated behind the scenes. Many longtime customers have shared that they no longer enjoy coming to this location because it simply doesn't feel like the same place anymore. I sincerely hope the new owner takes this feedback to heart and realizes that customer loyalty is built on kindness, respect, and creating a welcoming environment—for both customers and employees. I would love to see this store become the place our community once enjoyed visiting.

  Excellent service for shipping legal papers signature required. Erica/ staff efficient, friendly, knowledgeable to answer my questions. Store kept clean & organized.
