The reason I gave them one star is there is an African American female there by the name of joan, she is wonderful. Took the time to listen to my request and actually helped me where the other gentleman could not have bothered. All I was trying to do was pick up an express mail document and the gentleman was like what document. Joan actually helped me. Where he should retire our quit if he doesn't want to help people.
