  Local PO with all the services, rarely a long wait (not talking Xmas now), in and out. Lobby open off hours to drop off mail. My go to post office!

  The staff was really friendly and happy and nice and familiar with everyone and making everyone smile that came in while I packed my items, including me. Made my day actually.

  Extremely disappointing customer service. The office manager/administrator was walking around the office on a personal video call with her husband/boyfriend while working, which came across as very unprofessional. As a customer, I expected the staff—especially management—to be attentive, professional, and focused on assisting customers. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.

  What am absolute crap show this place is (this is my attempt to not curse). As soon as I walked in, this employee was immediately giving me an attitude, she clearly didn’t feel like working today. This was the 2nd USPS I went today, the first one in davie sent me here because it corresponded with my zip code. I explain to this woman that I did the change of address was some online weeks ago and I haven’t received any mail (2 of which are mine and the wife’s replacement licenses). She immediately tells me that I should have a bar code for her to scan. I show her the email (she is already sighing at this point because god forbid I ask questions). Tries telling me she’s been working there for years and that’s not how it works. I explain that the email shows it was processed and I should be getting mail. That the USPS website says they hold government mail for 10-14 days. She told me no it was already sent back. Refused to check, refused to do her job. So then I call her out on her tone and she says it’s because I came at her aggressively. I did not, she just didn’t like me asking questions and making her do her job. I need someone from management at this location to contact me. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had and this woman should never hold any job where she has to work in customer service. Now I have to hope my mail starts arriving at some point and re-order my drivers licenses because of your incompetence
