  The assistant manager Gil was an absolute nightmare. He was arguing with another customer and then came over to us and had a terrible attitude. Digna however was great that’s why there’s two stars instead of one.

  My experience at this FedEx location, especially with Natasha, was excellent. I came in with a very large shipping order, and even though the store was extremely busy with a long line of customers, Natasha immediately took the initiative to help me. I felt bad because I knew I was taking up a lot of her time, but she reassured me that it was okay and said, "We're busy, but we're going to take care of you." She explained everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful shipping experience so much easier. Her customer service was truly exceptional. What impressed me most was that, despite being so busy, she remained cheerful and welcoming to everyone. She greeted customers as they walked through the door, and I even saw her kindly ask an elderly gentleman if he needed assistance. It was refreshing to witness such genuine, compassionate customer service. Natasha is a wonderful example of what great customer care looks like, and I truly appreciate everything she did to help me.

  Not that friendly at this location. They make you feel like you’re bothering them by asking for help. I will travel to a much friendlier facility.

  Chris squared me away with two sets of business cards and some certificates I needed by the 3pm. I didn’t know how to do anything and he walked me through the whole process and we got it done. This is definitely my go to store for any of this stuff.
