- TRTeam Rudy5 days ago1.0I feel like the 5 star reviews must be from the postal workers themselves, although they can seem friendly in person in the post office, they've never actually gotten anything accomplished for me. As others have said, forget about passport services here, we ended up going to Dade City instead, super good service there. We travel 2 or 3 times per year, the mall gulf service is a joke to these people, sometimes they will still make a delivery while we're gone, on return they will deliver a piece or 2 of accumulated mail every few days, usually we go to pick it up because only God knows when they'll actually deliver it all. At least twice a week we get mail for someone who doesn't live at our address. If my delivery person moved to another state without telling anyone I'm not sure if anyone would notice, probably just think they were doing a terrible job as usual.

- SDShayla DeanApr 19, 20261.0Beyond rude staff. I patiently waited for my turn to drop off my packages and simply get a receipt. While I waited the two people helping customers assisted one lady for a while with a simple request and I waited and when it was my turn there was one new customer behind me. My package drop off took approx 2 mins and less time it took them both to help one lady with a key question that could not be fixed til monday. My first and last time ever going here. Not that they care. But the guy was a joke and rude and telling me to use the machine myself in the future cause they were busy. THEY WEREN'T BUSY AT ALL.
