- RGRosa GonzalezJun 27, 20261.0If you can avoid this post office P L E A S E do so! They will not, I repeat, they WILL NOT help with anything. I have been to other post offices where I will show them an address (e.g. Japan, son is in the military), staff will help me with organizing the address correctly, but not Plant City. I have called the National Post Office to inquire about when they are supposed to assist customers and they (National Post Office) said, staff can help with anything! There are two staff members at this post office, I should say, I can recall as being very helpful (who do not speak Spanish), however, cannot say the same for all. Chat GPT was more helpful than the Post office staff, wished I searched it before I went there.

- TRTeam RudyMay 15, 20261.0I feel like the 5 star reviews must be from the postal workers themselves, although they can seem friendly in person in the post office, they've never actually gotten anything accomplished for me. As others have said, forget about passport services here, we ended up going to Dade City instead, super good service there. We travel 2 or 3 times per year, the mall gulf service is a joke to these people, sometimes they will still make a delivery while we're gone, on return they will deliver a piece or 2 of accumulated mail every few days, usually we go to pick it up because only God knows when they'll actually deliver it all. At least twice a week we get mail for someone who doesn't live at our address. If my delivery person moved to another state without telling anyone I'm not sure if anyone would notice, probably just think they were doing a terrible job as usual.
